Netcare Alberton Hospital - Disgusting

The New Netcare Alberton Hospital is a beautiful new building. All the bells and whistles. Well Done Netcare. The same cannot however be said for the staff who have shown themselves to be *********** and ***** and not interested in serving their clients. Not to care and leave patients in their own filth for hours is disgusting. To lie about medication administered to family is disgusting. To LOSE a patient and not know where the patient is, is disgusting. To be blatantly **** to is disgusting. To move a patient to another facility without notifying family is disgusting. The admission process was disgusting and appalling (waited 4 hours for admission) They did not capture the new contact details on the system from the filled in forms. They **** and said we did not notify them - come to the real world - phone cameras with pictures of the information filled in.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

The nursing staff should be fired but unfortunately ...... Netcare will give them another chance........

If we as family and friends did not intervene the patient would have died.

Poor disgusting show Netcare.
