Netcare Alberton Hospital... Another government facility

I was admitted 4 instead of 3 days for a cesear, for no reason, which the medical needed reason and they were obviously not provided. I owed money I didn't have. Eventually paid. I have been struggling to get a paid up letter, which I cannot get since a certain refund is due to me. Finance department is never available to efficiently sort it out. I've also physically been to the hospital to find out what's happening, even they are unable to get hold of their finance department. It's been almost 6 months I've been fighting this. It feels like I've been ****med of R10 000.
