I am deeply disappointed with the care my grandma received during her hospital stay. Despite her complex health issues and severe pain, the staff showed a lack of compassion and professionalism. During a challenging MRI scan, which caused her great anxiety and discomfort, one of the technicians was extremely rude. She threatened to halt the procedure if my grandma couldn't remain still, suggesting she could just go home without a diagnosis. This is unacceptable and shows a disregard for a patient's wellbeing, especially for an elderly person in pain. Staff should always communicate with empathy and patience, understanding the struggles patients endure. Such behavior towards a vulnerable patient is appalling. The hospital must improve its patient treatment standards.

This incident has left me with a sense of frustration and disappointment in the level of care provided. It's crucial that medical professionals not only address the physical needs of their patients but also offer support and understanding, especially in such vulnerable situations. The lack of empathy shown by the staff is concerning and needs to be addressed to ensure that all patients, particularly the elderly and those in pain, receive the respect and quality care they deserve. I urge the hospital to reevaluate their patient care policies and staff training to prevent such disheartening experiences in the future.
