Netcare Alberton ER

Worst service ever at the emergency unit at Netcare Alberton Was their since 11:30 this morning with a broken arm was sent to a room and got sent for x-rays at 15:11 after the x-rays was done the patient just lay there in the room no one to clean or disinfect the wounds or to assist to relieve the pain and pressure from the arm. At 17:08 the doctor only came to see us and told us no the patient must be admitted to the hospital for an operation tomorrow. The patient is still laying in the room for a response that they will only move her at 19:00 when the new staff is on duty. I will definitely not recommend this hospital to anyone you will die.

Just a friendly warning as well while we were standing most patients walked out and went to another hospital because they were not helped. Lack of emergency service!
