Evening, it is with great disgust that I have to write this mail as the nurse or doctor in charge at Highcare made a decision without consultation with the family to move a critical old patient from Highcare into a ward just to get her bed which I drove around looking very hard to get one at this hospital. I also had to pay cash as my mum has no medical aid to have her treated with care, away from any COVID related cases

Now to hear that she is moved into an unsafe environment and yet I was just at the hospital this evening to see her, what nonsense goes on this facility without any proper process

You need that these people are disciplined and I am refunded for my money, not forgetting what damage this is going to have on my mum health
