Netcare Akasia's Horrible service

Netcare akasia the ****iest hospital you can ever come across, My cousin is an employee of Netcare and has a serious mental problem, He is on the netcare medical aid, My aunt who is a pensioner took him to that hospital and she was told she must take him to George Mukhari hospital, What breaks my heart is that the nurses and other staff members were laughing at him,They didn't even stabilize him at all, I called the hospital trying to get some assistance after explaining the predicament to a sister in charge in their Med-24 Psychiatric division she said she can't help me I asked her to put me through to her superior she hung up on me, Is there any recourse for such?
