Netcare

I would like to share a bad experience received from Netcare Blaauwberg Hospital , you might see it as a beautiful, fancy building wait until you are inside the service from the nursing staff is pathetic I reported an incident where a nurse shouted at me , telling me I need to give my son meds myself as she won't be in my house once we are discharged (sarcasm), my question is am I a nurse ? did she demonstrate on how the meds is taken? what is the dosage for meds _ answer is NO There's more than 2 bad experience while in this Hospital for 3 days

I reported the matter to the Dr who told me he will escalate the complaint to the Unit Manager of Paeds, she never even bothered to come , i was told she's a very busy

And guess what same nurses that shouted at me, are working in my ward tonight again and one still continuing with her unacceptable attitude

I refuse to be treated unfairly while contributing to a Medical Aid , I will never again use your services and I would not recommend netcare to my family and friends
