Net Care Unitas Staff Don't Care

Was booked for an over 24hours observation at Unitas today, first this this is not aimed at all staff but I do feel this place has an extreme lack of care for clients and patients. Was admitted at around 11am they inserted a drip tube and told me they would be right back to set it up for me, that was just before 1pm at 3pm I rang the help button to find out what's going on I waited no one came I pressed it again and pressed the empty bed next to mimes as well now by this time both alarms where going off and the lights in the whole still no one showed up I even took a video where u can see how empty the place is but u hear them chatting at the office and front desk. When finally at 9 30 pm someone came they also disappeared with ou connecteding the drip then I had to call them again to state how unprofessional it is to just leave a patent like that everytime without excuse, the nurse didn't seem fazed at all walked away so I went and fetch her and forced her to do her job. It's a joke that we have to pay for such terrible service. Some of the staff are friendly but the majority clearly don't want to work here and don't want to help patients. I would rather recommend Midstream hospitals centers from what I hv read and heard they are very very professional and hv very good customer service, as they understood we are the once having to pay the bills the doctors and Nursery create. So please if any One at Unitas could send the staff for some formal training or atleast try and get staff that look like they want to work here or care for the patient. It's terrible when you are the one in bed and the person treating u is treating u even worts then you are feeling. I thought doctors want to save life's looks like opposite at this place very dull sad vibe. Not sure this is a problem that can be fixed all I can advice don't go to Unitas go to Midstream in the end of the day u get what u pay for
