Net care Holding our money and not returning our credit

We admitted a friend on 25th July to olivdale. The lady concerned had no medical aid,the hospital literally refused to" look ,admit"her unless we pd R 10 000..Before she was allowed into casualty. I pd cash.She was sent to another hospital that night because we could not afford to pay the "deposit " which was estimated to be R350 000 for 10 days.We were told this did not include anything else.No procedures, oxygen, bloods etc.We could not raise all the money at once so they did not want to let her stay until we had raised the money. Since then we have asked for a refund and have had emails going back and forth. No luck! We have supp**** all docs they want.No refund. So we went there 4/11/21 and we went to office and spoke to Jackie.She called Stennie and I spoke to her and she said she would do it the next day.Today is the 23rd of November. We want our interest and our money back now.
