NET CARE 911 SERVICE IS VERY TERRIBLE

<p>On the 09 June 2017 I called Unitas Natecare Hospitaal for imegency assistance,the lady at reception transfere me to net care 911 for an ambulance servise.A netcare 911 staff by the name of Simphiwe answered my call.He gave him all my details as requested,he said he will send an ambulance to Mpumalanga.I asked Simphiwe if he could give me a contact number wher i could do a followup he said I must not warry.In less than 20 munites estimated a lady who was assisting my mather called me saying someone from netcare 911 called my mother's phone saying they can not be able to send an ambulance.the person gave the phone number saying they must call an altanative ambulance.</p> <p> </p> <p>My problem is that how come they can call a petiant of 71 years old suffering from a shotbreath to call an altanative assistance? Why didnt they call me as the person requested for the assistance?<br /><br /></p> <p>I put a complain to Unitas Hospitaal the next day a lady by the name Irene Buitendach took my complain to netcare 911.A guy by the name Chris Symons sent me an email on the 27 June 2017 that protect his department.I responded by rejecting what was written on the email and I am still expecting a proffesional response from Net care 911.Net care 911 is so unprofessional,incompitance and they do not deserve to be a part of netcare.</p>
