Honestly the worst experience I had was in their hospital.

1. I went to the ER in pain and simply because the pain was in the internal organs they didn’t bother to look at me nor admit me. I had to book the urologist separately and the urologist had to admit me while my condition was already worse.The day of admission they are already bothering you wanting money for co-payments before you even get looked at. The Emergency room Consultation I had to pay in cash and couldn’t claim from medical aid as they were supposed to submit the claim themselves and do pre-auth. 2. My wife was sick and I had to rush her to Netcare Olivedale, I called medical aid for pre-authorisation twice who then advised me that the Emergency room must be the one calling and request authorisation but to my suprise they attended to her even though she filled all the forms no one bothered to call medical AID or attended to her thoroughly, they just sent her home and did not admit her. Now I am getting SMSs and emails demanding money while the medical aid details were submitted.

Whats worse is the medical aid our company offers only works with Netcare.
