Net are hospital ********** account department

I received an email from Amanda khanyile at net are stating that I owe the umhlanga hospital. This was the first time I heard of this but nevertheless I made an arrangement and paid the account in full. Ever since I have paid I have not heard any response back from her or the hospital. I'm starting to believe that this was a **** by netcare umhlanga or that their employees are ******** people into paying. If I am not contacted by the hospital or the manager regarding this I plan to go on every single social media platform and inform everyone of this Amanda khanyile person and netcare as I believe that this is a **** and I paid money for nothing.
