Nestcare Linmed Hospital

I went in on Friday 13 September to the emergency room for a laceration, on my right hand I signed in at 17:20 and was told there is a 2-hour waiting period that two hours ended up being 10 Hours, As their was only 1 Docktor? how is that allowed, telling people we must wait and they will attend to us soon? The doctor and sisters are absolutely overwelled with work. This is worst then a government hospital, where I believe we would have been attended to much sooner,
