Nercare kuilsriver services slown

On 28 Nov 2020 brought wife as injured on duty Admitted at emergency unit with injured shoulder after falling st work. After covid screening at 19h00 , one lady who brought son told us she has been waiting for 3 hours. I ignored that but just one nurse came out commanding all those accompanying people to go to the Cafe side.I waited to hear from hospital side of the progress until 22h00. No info on delays, patient progress and no new patients, the unit seemed to be clear. The main thing is turn around time which is too much for private institutions. The lack of respect from staff towards those accompanying patients. Pe prepared to d end 3 hours waiting. .
