Negligence from Netcare Mulbarton hospital that almost cost me my life

On the 11th of November I came into the emergency ward at Mulbarton because I was short of breath and had severe pains. After a CT scan and bloods taken it was found that I have blood clot in my lungs , the doctor that was on call sent me home and said I was fine . The 12th of November my breathing got worse and I decided to contact the specialist, according to her I should’ve never been sent home and I was “lucky to have made it back” . I am currently in ICU at Life bedford gardens hospital getting treatment for an illness your doctor told me “is nothing major” . The negligence of your doctor almost cost me my life and it is not the first time emergency matters are not taken seriously . I would like matters to be dealt with accordingly please .
