Negligence

I visited Netcare Sunninghill Emergency Department and l had to get a CT at the Radiology Department. The Iodine contrast went into my tissue and not the bloodstream. It caused my arm to swell badly. I called out for help but no one heard me as the mic in the room was off. Had to be admitted for 2 days. My hand is still painful and has limited use. This happened on the 29th of July 2025 . To this day my hand has not healed. I have reached out to the hospital and no one wants to explain why the mic was off. I am really disappointed. I was going to be discharged on the same day but because of a hospital error l spent 2 days in a hospital at my own cost. I have to look for doctors to fix this mistake. If the mic was on l doubt if my injury would have been this bad. I had a dent in my arm from the swelling, blisters and now l find it difficult to perform everyday c****s.
