Negligence complaint

My husband was transferred to Garden city hospital, section one. The nurses are *********** and don't know what they are ****, simple example, my hubby was not feeling well and he said to me he suspects by looking at his urine that he has a bladder infection, i asked the nurse to take tests and the results said he does have a bladder infection, he was in a better state when he was admitted that currently, besides that bladder infection, he had an infection in his would also, what kind of a hospital is this? he's now in ICU because he struggled to breathe and they put him on a ventilator, the nurse couldn't even see that he was struggling to breath and offered him water, really? unbelievable. i would never refer my friend or loved one or even strangers, unless if they have a dying wish. Garden City section 1 together with their manager Mr Zama Dlepu is the worst ward and they give a bad reputation to the entire Netcare group.
