Negligence and lack of compassion

Subject: Urgent Complaint About Nurse Conduct and Patient Care at Netcare St Anne’s

Dear Netcare St Anne’s Management,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the quality of care and conduct of the nursing staff at your hospital.

During a recent visit, I witnessed and experienced multiple instances of neglect and unprofessional behavior, including:

Excessive noise and loud talking by nurses in the passages, disturbing patients.

Nurses shouting at us when we requested help for an elderly lady who had fallen from her bed.

A patient left with soiled sheets for over three days with no effort to change them.

This lack of compassion and basic care is unacceptable in any healthcare setting — even more so in a private facility like yours. Frankly, the treatment I saw was worse than what one might expect from an overstretched public hospital. I urge you to seriously re-evaluate the customer care training and accountability systems in place for your nursing staff.

We expect better from Netcare. Please take this complaint seriously and address these concerns urgently.
