Shocking ? totally un satisfied and unacceptable - I had experienced at Netcare montana pretoria hospital - 1) service was bad 2) food was joke didn't receive the food that was ordered , twice it happened and even the patient next to my wife received incorrect orders as well 3) air con and tv remote not working 4) Bedding wasn't changed 5)important NB! Allergic wrist band + allergic medication was noted in patients file as well but still the hospital gave incorrect medication to my wife only after my wife started complaint of pain and itching, the nurses had to give my wife phenegan.medication for the incorrect medication. 5)2 day s after the operation my wife had to ask the staff for breakfast as the nurses still didn't take the sign off indicating NPO , Only after requesting breakfast twice at 9 h30 my wife got to eat breakfast at 10h30 6) Times that the nurses gave pain medication they got the times wrong. 7) my wife view the her patient file and the nurse walked up to my wife and took the file from her hand and didn't even say a word 8) doctor saw my wife on his rounds at the hospital and indicated that my wife's wou
