Negligence

My Husband was admitted to Vaalpark Hospital on Thursday the 3rd of March. He had what looked like an epileptic seizure in the Mall, despite having no history off epilepsy, and was taken to Vaalpark via Netcare Ambulance. We arrived at the emergency room at approximately 12:30. At 3pm DR Mulumba saw him for the first time, he did not do a physical exam nor did he speak directly to my husband. Dr Mulumba admitted him for observation and ordered a CAT Scan and chest x rays. That was the last we saw or heard from Dr Mulumba, he did not visit my husband to explain the results of all the test he ordered. He discharged my husband telephonic-ally the next day at 14:45, when asked what time the Dr would be at the hospital, seeing as we where paying for another day already, we were willing to wait, we were told that he already discharged another patient telephonic-ally as well and that he was not coming to the hospital that day. We had to make an appointment with our house doctor the next day to find out what the results was of the blood tests, I had phoned the pathologists and requested the results be sent to our Dr as well, and to get an explanation of what had happened to my husband.
