Negligence

I survived a head collision on a motorcycle on the 6th Decemeber, I was taken to Netcare in pine haven, after being left in the emergency room for over 9 hours cause they didnt have a doctor to assign to me to get me into Icu, this was just the start of the night mare, after 3 days of asking what was wrong with me, my wife decided to get hold of a surgeon we know to give us a second opinion, this was not taken well by the staff and doctors at Netcare, the result was after I had seen my surgeon it was discovered that among other injuries my back was found to be broken, needless to Say after this emerged I discharged myself from Netcare ICU , these people are not health care professionals, even down to the fact that in a Icu ward no gloves were worn by the staff, and one of the male nurses opened a vile of medicine with his teeth before injecting me.. I am going to take this up with discovery Heath and seek legal advise as these *********** people could have cost me my life after surviving something I shouldn't have..
