Nearly giving me medication I'm allergic to

If I didn't ask the nurse what medication she is about to give me I would have probably spend another few days in hospital , I'm highly allergic to the pain medication called Tramadol, this is also clearly indicated on my Yellow Hospital wristband. After the worst hospital stay ever, I checked myself out of hospital at 10pm at night, in spite of being very sick and I just came out of theater.
