National Renal Care - Unpaid Pathology tests

<p>Good Afternoon</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>My son and I are currently Dialysis patients at National Renal Care Port Elizabeth and have been for the past 5 years.. We were on Discovery Health at that time and monthly bloods were drawn from us both and Discovery has/had a package deal with NRC when it came to blood tests.. Discovery would pay their share and NRC must pay the rest.. I have 7 outstanding accounts from last year that still have no been paid after i was promised by Refilwe that they would be taken care of.. i have emailed the accounts at least four times to Head Office and still nothing is done.. I am tired of being throw from one person to the next at Head Office and each time i am told it will be resolved.. We have received threatening letters and smses and we have been black listed thanks to NRC Head Office... Please could I ask that this matter be attended to ASAP...</p>
