N17 Springs Hospital- Tender Touch Clinic

I recently visited the N17 Springs Netcare branch to have my baby vaccinated at the Tender Touch Clinic. Now, being at a Netcare hospital, i assumed that the Tender Touch clinic is registered and they assured me that I could claim from my medical aid for the consultation and vaccinations. Beware, ladies and gentleman, not only are they not a registered practice (so you cannot claim from medical aid) but the sister failed to weigh or measure my baby. When I asked her to weigh and measure my baby, she politely refused using Covid 19 as an excuse and said she will measure and weigh my baby on the next visit. I was charged the full consultation fee, of course! Refrain from visiting such clinics and I am appalled at the Netcare group for allowing such a practice to operate on their premises.
