N17 - Poor Service

Your N17 ER unit is not really an emergency unit at all , the patience they have there my goodness. Even the treatment the staff had very arrogant. I took my daughter to casualty due to high very, sweats and could not eat or drink for 2 days it got worse at night so I drove her to N17 as no pharmacies were open that time 25 June 2021. We waited approx. 45 to 1 hour to get assistance from a nurse in ER thereafter was told to open a file carrying my sick child have to leave the ER building and go outside to enter reception. The Dr on site was wonderful but the service I got from staff unbelievable I will never ever visit Netcare N17 again, paying so much money but the service received were of government/state facility standard.
