My wife was rushed to the emergency, they kept on wanting to trf her to another hospital saying that there is no beds in ICU. Eventually they found ARWYP medical center where she was booked into a normal ward. We have a medical aid with Discovery and we eventually figured out that there was just authorisation needed for admission. Why is that Netcare Alberton could not find a bed and admit her and using the bed thing as an excuse?
