Mulbarton Pharmacy extremely shocking service by one individual who should not be employed.

My husband had to recently have some teeth extracted, firstly the Maxilla Facialist said it could be done in his rooms however my husband would need Dormacim. So we went to the Taurus Pharmacy and they told us straight away they did not have any. So we went to the hospital pharmacy and I waited in the queue for about an hour as there was only one person at the counter. The person was so slow and confused all the time. The gentleman in front of me moaned at him and told him this is unacceptable he either needs to get someone to help him or speed up. Needless to say this completely slowed him down. He was walking up and how the isles aimlessly just "cruising" absolutely no motivation to help or speed up. So I asked him to please get some one to assist him as the queue is now out the door. He then told me I must wait my turn. One and a half hours later the Dr sent my son to call me and said he could not do the procedure as we have now missed our appointment and he has other patients to move onto. Trying to get the script back from this pharmacist was just another episode. So we had to have him booked into theatre on the Thursday. All went well however when we were booking in there was a lady being discharged with her new born baby still in the maternity trolley and it was boiling hot outside. We happened to be downstairs in the coffee area and this lady was standing in the line to see the same pharmacist for the hour we were there and she was still there when we left. Perhaps this person assumes that all people coming there are booked into the hospital so have lots of time on their hands but does he not realize they are sick - hence coming to the pharmacy and his unprofessional, go slow attitude is not one who deserves a salary - I am sure there are a lot of unemployed pharmacists out there who would appreciate and thrive in that job - unfortunately this individual is not one of them. Just useless. The Taurus pharmacy is brilliant unfortunately they did not have stock of my prescription but the service was amazing.
