Mulbarton Maternity Ward, No Baby birth certificated received

Good Day

My baby was born November.2020 its now January 2021 still no birth certificate received, this is unprofessional 2 months now no birth certificate?? Can someone give me feedback on what is going on I need that birth certificate.
