Mulbarton Hospitals Casulaty Is USELESS!!!

My baby of 2 fell her head open , we weren't sure of the severity and went to Mulbarton Casulaty . We got there to get it packed with patients ... They checked blood pressure etc and then told me that they will check the stitching room to see if they can help me if its open (19:00) .. After waiting 1.5 hours almost to open a file we waited . There is a board up to say how patients are helped ( Severe , not so severe and just check ups) . . After 2 hours I asked the nurse to please check the wound as I am not sure if its a deep cut and if not we might be able to home . She told me that I cant I need to wait for the Dr . After 3 hours I checked to see where our file is in line . Nurse came to me to tell me its private information so I said I need to know when we will be helped , another lady then told them how pathetic they are as this is a little child and not even examined yet . When we eventually after 3.5 hours went to stitching room they didn't have stiches or a scissor to cut stiches off . My child was hysterical and I was finished by this time . I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE again . Worst service EVER and not even children with open head wounds get looked at!!why do I have med
