Most Unprofessional service ever experienced

My wife went to the emergency unit in the early part of the time evening. We got there and they made her fill in forms which took over 40 minutes. She was so ill she could hardly stand. I she finally went in to see the doctor. When she got there. I she asked for me to be present with her but the nurses said no. No one is allowed to be in the room while the doctor is busy examining her. The doctor came after a while without greeting or anything and told her to remove all her clothes and put that hospital gown on. She asked what the reason was that she had to remove all her clothes. He said because he needed to put a drip in her hand. So she told him she can just lift her sleeve up because it was not necessary to remove all her clothes. He got very upset and said she was not letting him do his work properly. The doctor didn't ask her any questions. The nurses came to draw blood for some tests which was a horrible experience. She waited for about 2 then the nurse came to tell her that she could be discharged and gave her a prescription for some very expensive medication. When she asked for the doctor to come and give her the results. The nurse said the doctor was very tired so he went home to sleep. As she took the medication the sickness got worse. We then went to a doctor In polokwane who requested from garden city for the results to be faxed to her so that she could have a look at it. when she saw it she had my wife admitted same time. Her white blood cells count was suppose to have been 9 but it was 19 thousand. My wife was admitted and found out she had a very bad colon infection. The doctor was surprised as to how the doctor at garden city discharged her with such bad results. since then we've been trying to get hold of garden city to resolve the matter but they keep on saying they will get back to us. Its been over a month and no one has responded.
