My wife had a spider bite and I took her in for the spider bite, they started treating her for many other reasons like diabetes and left out the spider bite, eventually they did treat the spider venom etc. After the operation she swelled up and ignored the swelling, saying it's post op. The reason for swelling was renal failure and they did not treat it and just left it as it is.
