Money 1st your life matters later

Me and my partner are 1st time parents and yet our experience wasnt the greatest with netcare. What me and my partner dont understand is how is money the main concern over a persons life in a sense of a critical situation where doctors talk of money over the life of a human being. I feel that every hospital has an accounts department to handle finance issues but it isnt the doctors responsibility to keep reminding us of money irregardless of our age or racial group. We just required a good service and we didnt get what we had expected. Me and my partner are taken back and shocked of the service we have received from linkwood maternal doctors and the manner of how they handle things. Money 1st your life is less important which is by far the worst thing ive seen. What happened to doing things as per the passion and care required from doctors. Communication isn't all clear, they undermined us due to our age and they think we probably dont have the funds to pay for their services. But anyway i dont think me and my spouse will be going back to Linkwood ever again. Customer service is the most important thing in persons job money is the thank you that u recieve for your time and service.
