Mistreated / disrespected

Good day, I would just like it to be known what disappointing service I got at Netcare Kuilsriver. Felt more like a victim then a patient and the nurses made me feel like they were doing me a favour. 1stly they fed me food that I was not able to eat because of my condition and when I ate it, it actually made feel even worse than I already did. When services was needed and I rang the bell I was left waiting for long periods of time and when a nurse eventually got to me she was so furiously rude and disrespectful and spoke to me as if I was a nagging child using phrases like 'what do u want, what is your problem' an to add to that when I complain about a headache to the Doctor (Dr Trever -General Surgeon) his response to me was 'I don't know why u have headace's I am just a general surgeon' following all this I went to hospital management and sister Le Roux helped me and sister Le Roux could not find one complaint form. She then advised me to leave my details in some book promising me that management would get back to me and to this day iv had no call or email what so ever. Absolute worst service I have ever received anywhere.
