Mischka Netcare CBMH

Netcare Cafe (Cristian Barnard) with the worst employees. A Mischka at the till giving me wrong items. With me uttering not a single word waiting for her to finish serving her current customer, she asks "What's wrong with the samosas?" with an attitude already. Instead of her apologizing and giving me the correct items she shouts and throws money on the table. I asked if she's the manager and her response was "Maybe". The poorest customer service in my 30 years of living over a simple mistake that could have been sorted with acknowledgement and an apology. She even was disrespectful to the supervisor on duty aswell. Netcare do better.
