Milpark - The Cancer Centre of Johannesburg - Dr Jason Naicker

Oncologist at Netcare Milpark Hospital, Dr Jason Naicker. Three poorly managed incidents: 1. His receptionist booked me an appointment to discuss chemo treatment before my doctor explained the results we had been waiting for and to advise that I’d need chemo. 2. They had my contact number incorrect and claimed I hung up on them whenever they tried to reach me. I asked them to double check my details to. I avail until another lady intervened to assist me. It was discovered that they had my contact number wrong. 3. I was booked for an appointment for this afternoon. Upon following up with reception to confirm the time and that I will be coming to see the doctor, she advises that I’m not on their appointments for today. Not only are they rude but they do not care to follow through with your concerns. Terrible service overall. I’ve since asked to be referred to a different oncologist.
