Millpark Hospital has gone to the dogs

This hospital is a joke.... It took me FIVE HOURS to admit my friend who had been told the day prior to come in for a direct admission.

One department has no clue as to what the other is responsible for. We were dragged from reception to casualty then back to reception. Then, his gall stones were going to be removed, then they weren't, then they were and now they have... for this entire process, he has been in the hospital for ONE WEE**** While they ****-**** around what procedure they are going to perform!!

Now that he has been operated on, do you think I can even raise reception to find out WHERE HE IS?? SHOCKING SERVICE (actually, service is being kind).

The place is run like a hair salon with wig-bedecked nursing staff bellowing down the passages or laughing on their cell phones. The nurse aid that filled in the admittance to the ward, simply ticked everything without asking confirmation!! Needless to say, there were many amendments... PATHETIC what our standard of healthcare is in this now 3rd world country.
