Melissa is the worst nurse at Garden city

I would like to express the huge disappointment regarding the service I received at Garden city hospital.<br> I was accompanying a lady who fell sick while was at work so we called an ambulance for her that went well and we were received by a very pleasant lady in the triage who then sent us to open a file in the front.<br> Then our problems began that was at about 6:30pm at reception a coloured lady was assisting us but left the paper work not finished and said she has to move to the other reception area so we must wait till Thabo arrives for his shift which he comes extremely late for.<br> An elderly lady by the name of Winnie then assisted us we then waited at the reception to be attended to which took forever and no keeping us updated on what's happening nothing, we then called Scelo who called the hospital only then we were assisted but the service we got from the staff in casualty was appalling especially from a nurse called Mellisa sister Ousteizen had to intervene and put her in her place,i have neverr seen such at a Netcare.
