MEISIE ROSEBANK NETCARE ACCOUNTS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Meisie in Netcare Accounts for Rosebank Clinic was extremely rude and unprofessional. While trying to resolve a matter regarding a payment of a overnight ward she simply would offer no assistance. I paid the extra for a private ward and was told at reception my medical aid would cover the general ward costs I would just have to pay the top up for the private ward which I paid upfront. Yet the hospital billed the medical aid for a private ward which of course the medical aid refused to pay and I could not get any help from her to sort out the billing. She was rude, patronizing and unprofessional. Said she would put me through to her supervisor and sent me through to an unknown mailbox.
