Medication dispensed
Medication dispensed and nurse gave it me without advising me that there is levy that is payable by myself. <br> The levy only for these meds is R328.00 Deselex syrup, IIliadin spray,Aspelone syrup,Lotem syrup.<br> iF i KNEW THIS WAS GONNA BE THE LEVY I WAS GONNA TAKE THE SCRIPT AND SOURCE THE MEDS SOMEWHERE ELSE. i HAVE CONTACTED THE GARDEN CITY ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT AND NO ONE IS GETTING BACK TO me and i did indicate that i will not this account until i get answers....I have contacted Daan, Vannesa, Mayroenisha and today Eurica! REALLY. The sms I received is like IM ignoring the account!
