Medicare - our of date and touch

Son of 6 going in for an operation on 21 Oct 2021 at Medicare Rosebank Cljnic.

1) Demand that we be there at 06h30. We sit around waiting for 45 mins for reception to admit him. ( 1 x admit doing admissions) 2) Coffee shop only opens at 8am and that's fair but the coffee machine only takes R10 or R20 notes. No place to get change. (We live in 2021 managers!!!) 3) They only allow 1 parent to go with the child. (Are they kidding that they make a rule like that? Clearly no doctor or psychologist was part of the panel making these rules. Netcare - a dog and pony show!!!

My other son went Mediclinic 3 weeks ago. Totally different show. In every area of the client management they are superior.

Bottom line - DONT choose Medicare facilities if you can.
