Medical malpractice

The worst casualty department. Medical malpractice.

1.The young male receptionist sent me the triage nurse who was very upset because she couldn't finish her conversation with another woman.

2.The receptionist took more than 20 minites to take my details after making me sign documents and contacting my medical aid.

3. I sat in the casualty reception area for almost an hour, no nurse or doctor even trying to assist. the casualty was was quite.

My injuries consisted of

1. Gapping head wound 2. Gapping large chest laseration 3. Several neck laseration 1 of which was directly on the main artery and very deap. 4. Right side of face badly beaten and had laseration. 5. Bleeding mouth.

I then had no choice but to walk out after asking the receptionist why I wasn't be assisted. This receptionist made no effort to call for assistance
