Maternity Ward

To whom it may concern, <br> I have decided to put this down in writing as it seems our complaint has not been taken seriously and excuses just seem to be made for what happened to me at Alberlito Hospital during my stay after my c-section on the 16th of February. I feel like our complaints were shoved under the carpet and completely ignored - this may be due to the fact that I am one of Dr. Berios's patients and he obviously is not liked by many of the Alberlito staff. <br> To start off with I would like to inform you that the maternity ward at Alberlito hospital was highly recommended by many of my friends, and this was one of the reasons we chose to have our child here, but unfortunately after what happened to me and then receiving no response after our complaint, I cannot say I will recommend Alberlito to anyone and this is so unfortunate as its reputation was ruined in my eyes by just one of your nurses. <br> Sara had told us that the hospital has a very open complaints system and they urge you to complain, but when we did she seemed to find every excuse for our complaints and made me feel like an idiot for complaining.
