Maternity midwive very rude, impatient and downright evil.

I went in on the wee hours of the 30th of October 2020. Everything was okay and I was measured to be 3 cm dilated. My contractions got stronger and twice I told the midwife that I had to do number 2 (which is a sign that the baby's head is descending) but she said different. Upon the third time I was 8 CM dilated and had to be rushed to my birthing ward.

What made me feel abused was the fact that I was told to not push even though it was time, their biggest concern being the fact that I was in the wrong bed. So I hae a woman screaming at me telling me to wear a mask even though I had to breathe with every contraction and then I was shouted at for wanting to naturally scream as the contractions came. She was shouting at me as though I was a little girl, as if it was my fault that they did not move me to the right ward in time. When my baby crowned she deliberately tore me up as revenge because I had told her to leave me alone with the mask issue as it was impractical.

She then **** to the other midwife and said that I tore when she was telling me not to push but I insisted. She is a vile, big mouthed sociopath and I think seeing people miserable makes her happy.

I am talking to my legal team about how traumatic this was for me, will act as they advice, she should not be helping people. I dont know her name but she was midwife awaiting Dr Motlanthe to come help me. She joined the other lady who was initially assisting me and completely ruined my birthing experience. Looking back at what she put me through, I thoroughly hate her and wont feel anything if she lost her job. She is sick.
