Maternity cyler clinic

Their service has dropped too much. My daughter was admitted on the 24th of May and was asked about her allergies and she told them she has an egg allergy, but she was served a scrambled egg the next day. She dilivered on the 27th a baby boy and was never told or asked about the Netcare baby bag, we thought they don't have them any more, only to be told by Dr Jordaan' nurse that it cost R200 and hearing test which was never mention. I don't know whether they assumed that we won't afford to pay for them. Not sharing information like that to patients/clients drops their service down.
