Luthendo working night shift on the 4th of June ward three at parklane

I have been admitted in parklane since Wednesday the 31st of May because I was in labour. I gave birth on the 2ND of June and since then I have been a very happy patient till now. I normally ask the staff to give my boy milk as my milk is sometimes not enough to feed my boy. Around 10pm I ring the bell and Luthendo comes through,I ask her very politely to please give my boy milk as I think he is not full with my breast milk. Firstly she doesn't even great me,secondly she gives me aditude. She then mumbles looking the other way... Assuming she was talking to me I asked her to please repeat what she said. She then pointed with her hand that I put the baby in the cord.

Netcare is not doing me a favour and vise versa. I am here as a patient and luthendo is at work. Why should I be treated in that manner? I am also an employee and I know my company is expecting me to treat clients.

We all have our bad days I agree but we all adults hence we have jobs, let your staff start acting like such. The lady in the next room also needed milk for her son but seeing the treatment I received, she called mme Marry to come assist her. Luthendo must stop with her **************,I doubt I'm the first person she treated like this. To all the other staff that has helped me,thank you.... I could tell that your heart is in.
