LUNGILE, A HERO FROM NETCARE911

On Friday 01 Nov 2019, my dependents needed urgent medical attention and required an ambulance and hospital arrangements. There was a lot to be arranged as the patient had been taken to a public hospital by ER24 against my instructions as the main member of my medical aid. I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND THE STAFF OF NETCARE911 in how they handled the complex matter. In particular, a lady called LUNGILE went the extra mile communicating with my medical aid, the public hospital and the private hospital. She successfully resolved the matter and the patient was finally admitted in the private facility. What I found amazing was that the personnel of ER24 ambulence guy and New Somerset Hospital Casualty staff in Cape Town gave us a huge attitude, ignoring what were saying even when we sent a friend to talk to them. Lungile was not even anywhere near this place, and sorted everything out from Johannesburg, equipped with a phone, information and went far and beyond to help.......THANK YOU LUNGILE, THE COUNTRY NEEDS PEOPLE LIKE YOU (REF 5265).
