Linmed EMERGENCY SERVICE- what a joke. No consideration for people nor emergency procedures

To whom it may concern According to me a Hospital emergency area is where they deal with emergencies. Quick easy and sufficient. Assisting people with an EMERGENCY emphasis on assisting people not leaving them to walk on their own with severe pain???? People treating emergencies "noodgevalle" or is it also due to Covid 19 that good services does not exist anymore. I took my husband on Sunday the 30th of May 2021 at about 11h00 to the Linmed emergency department as he had hit his finger with a hammer and the finger burst open. He passed out 3 times on our way to the hospital due to tremendous pain. We got to the hospital, the emergency area was not busy at all. After admin and so on they took him to a room. There he sad. They eventually ask him to go for x rays no porter no help, he had to walk to the x rays department with no clue what to do or where to go with extreme pain where he already passed out on our way to the hospital . He went to the x-rays department asking for assistance, got back to the EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT- seeing the doctors and nurses walking, chatting and sitting around not assisting him at all. After nearly an hours waiting a person ask him, o are you back??????? Wow !!! We were stuck in the EMERGENCY AREA for over 2 ,5 hours. This is totally unacceptable. The nurse who is supposed to give him an injection drop the injection with the fluid inside the injection on the floor in the EMERGENCY AREA, picked it up and inject him. (Hygienic you tell me (What a joke) , Covid restriction ????) This is a private facility not a government facility. We pay allot of money to go to Linmed EMERGENCY. At the government hospitals they are more hygienic than Linmed. LINMED what is happening. You ER is your face to what you are all about!! If this is your face hell no, this is pathetic. How can you let a person walk from ER to the X-rays with tremendous pain and no porter or help from our staff sitting around doing nothing??????? Dropping an injection on the floor and inject a patient??????? What type of Hospital are you ????? What type of Emergency Area are you?? Does people’s life’s means nothing?
