Lies and incompetence at Netcare Olivedale Clinic

Olivedale clinic are happy to charge for xrays and they are fully aware that their machines don't work and can't print. They won't mail the images to you as promised or your specialist,despite numerous phones calls and complaints.completely disgusting considering this Is the level of service private health care has to offer. If my mom's life depended in the xray she would be dead. I want a refund for Xrays not provided yet fully paid for.
