Lets write a book about Netcare's poor service

I have looked at all the ratings for NETCARE. and if you needed to write a book about it you would most probably have half a page of compliments and ninety-nine and a half pages of complaints.

What is worst of all is that Business does not seem to even care about this as there is no feedback from Business that appears under each complaint.
