Legal action threat with no knowledge of bill

I received an SMS from Belinda Spiers on 29/9/2015 advising that legal action would be taken against me if I did not settle an amount of R75-73 which is owing to the Olivedale Clinic Pharmacy. I sent an email 30/9/2015 asking how you can threaten a person with legal action when that person has never even known that an amount was outstanding? There was absolutely no communication up until 29/9. I also advised Belinda that since the 19th June 2015, I have been into Olivedale Clinic Pharmacy several times where they have seen my profile on the pc. WHY has nothing been picked up? I got no response from her via email but an attempted phone call. If she had read my file correctly, she would have seen that I am a teacher, and she cannot call whenever she pleases and email would have been the best form of communication. I then attempted to call her direct landline, no answer. I then got shunted around from one line to the next. She eventually called again. I was angry. I wanted answers to my email, nothing. She told me it was my fault for not getting the acc as I gave the incorrect address, that she only works in accounts and I must phone the pharmacy manager. REALLY? Email me please.
